Biography

Attorney Kevin A. Maxim is a member of the Georgia State Bar and Alabama State Bar. He has appeared pro hac vice in actions throughout the southeastern United States, from the mountains of Virginia to the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Before establishing The Maxim Law Firm on January 1, 2009, Kevin practiced in complex litigation for more than fourteen years, most of them in what became an international law firm of 500-plus lawyers. Those fourteen years, along with his years as the principal in his own law firm, have provided Kevin litigation experience and leadership skills in an expansive array of subject matter areas. For the years including 2010-2023, he was selected as one of Georgia's Super Lawyers, by Super Lawyers, a Thomson Reuters business. Kevin has been named one of the Top 100 Georgia Super Lawyers for each of the years 2012 through and including 2023. 

During the years 2021 to the present, Mr. Maxim was named to The Best Lawyers in America© in the Commercial Litigation practice area. Georgia Trend also named him one of its 2012, 2013, 2015, 2017 - 2022 Legal Elite.
